1. Order Placement, Payment, and Delivery

  • The Buyer places an order at elinasziedi.lv.
  • Payment can be made by bank card, internet banking, bank transfer, or in cash upon pickup at the shop.
  • If paying by bank transfer, please note that your order will be prepared only after payment is received in our account. Thank you for your trust and understanding! 😊
  • Delivery is made within 1–3 business days after payment unless stated otherwise.
  • During holidays, delivery times may vary and are coordinated with the customer.
  • Redelivery Fee: If the recipient is unavailable at the agreed time and delivery needs to be rescheduled (excluding delays up to 1 hour), an additional delivery fee applies.

2. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • A written withdrawal must be sent via email to: [email protected].
  • The product must be returned within 7 days in its original undamaged packaging.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to: cut flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, and potted plants.

3. Refunds and Order Cancellation

  • If the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller refunds the full amount within 7 business days.
  • The Buyer may cancel the order before the bouquet is prepared by emailing the Seller.
  • If the recipient is unavailable or refuses the delivery, no refund will be issued.

4. Personal Data Protection

  • All personal data is used only for order processing and is not shared with third parties.
  • Payment information is not stored, as payments are processed through secure banking environments.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable law.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read and agreed to the terms of this distance agreement.
